Terms of Use — VYRA
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This page is also available in Português (Brasil). In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
These Terms govern the use of VYRA, a scheduling, publishing, engagement and performance
platform for Instagram professional accounts, operated by
43.926.284 Marcilio de Souza da Silveira (Brazilian company registration CNPJ 43.926.284/0001-54).
By creating a VYRA account or connecting an Instagram account you agree to these Terms and to the
Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.
1. Who may use the service
- You must be 18 or older and able to contract on your own behalf or on behalf of the business you represent.
- You must own the Instagram professional account you connect, or have the owner's express authorisation to manage it.
- The account must be a Business or Creator account — a requirement of Meta's API.
- You are responsible for keeping your VYRA credentials safe and for the actions of the users you invite to your workspace.
2. What the service does
- Publishing: schedules and publishes Reels on the connected account, with the video and caption you uploaded, immediately or at the scheduled time, through Meta's official API.
- Comments: receives the comments on your posts, shows them in the dashboard and lets you reply — manually or through keyword rules you configure (public reply and/or direct message).
- Direct messages: receives the account's messages, shows the conversations in the dashboard, lets you reply and runs the conversation flows you build.
- Performance: reads and shows the account and post metrics provided by Meta.
- Operations: video library, calendar, publishing queue, history, team with permission roles and, optionally, your own proxy for API calls.
Every action on your Instagram account follows an instruction by you: a schedule, a reply you
sent, an automation rule or a flow you activated. VYRA does not publish, reply or send anything
on its own initiative.
3. Plans, trial and billing
- A new workspace starts with a free 5-day trial, with access to the product and the limits of the entry plan.
- After the trial, use continues under a monthly subscription to one of the plans shown in the dashboard (Starter, Pro and Business), each with its own limits for connected accounts, users, automations, storage, publications and messages per month. The prices in force are those shown in the dashboard at the time of purchase.
- Billing is recurring and processed by Stripe. VYRA does not store card data.
- You can cancel the subscription at any time through the subscription portal in the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period; there is no renewal after that.
- Without an active subscription or a current trial, access to the product's features is blocked until the situation is regularised; the workspace data remains as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Changes to prices or limits will be communicated in advance to the registered e-mail and apply from the following billing cycle.
- Refunds follow the applicable law, in particular the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
4. Your responsibilities for content and use
- The content you publish is yours. You declare that you hold the rights needed for it, including image, music and third-party trademarks.
- You are responsible for complying with Meta's rules, including the Instagram Terms of Use, the Community Guidelines and the Meta Platform Policies.
- The texts of automated replies, messages and flows are yours. You are responsible for what they say and for how you treat the people who comment on or write to your account, including the protection of their data.
- Using VYRA for spam, artificial engagement, harassment, illegal content or any practice forbidden by Meta or by law is prohibited.
5. Access to your account and dependence on Meta
- Access to your Instagram account happens through Meta's official authorisation. VYRA never asks for or stores your Instagram password.
- You can disconnect the account at any time, inside VYRA or in the Instagram settings; revocation ends the access immediately.
- VYRA depends on Meta's API and Meta's rules: publishing limits, messaging reply windows, call limits, permission changes, reviews and blocks. These factors may delay or prevent a publication or reply and are outside our control.
6. Availability and support
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee continuous
availability and we do not offer a service level agreement. Maintenance may interrupt the service
temporarily. Support is provided through the contact e-mail, without a committed response time.
7. Data
The processing of data — including data of the third parties who interact with your account — is
described in the Privacy Policy. Disconnection and
data deletion are described under Data Deletion.
8. Intellectual property
The content you upload remains yours. VYRA's software, brand and dashboard belong to us or to our
licensors; these Terms transfer no rights over them beyond the use of the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from unavailability, policy
changes or sanctions by Meta, from content you published, from automation rules or flows you
configured, or from use contrary to these Terms. Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the
amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and cancelling the
subscription. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms or of Meta's
policies, of non-payment, or if the service is discontinued — in the latter case with prior notice
to the registered e-mail.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated. The date at the top indicates the current version. Relevant changes
will be communicated to the registered e-mail before they take effect.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Questions and requests:
