Data Deletion — VYRA

VYRA is a scheduling, publishing, engagement and performance platform for Instagram professional accounts, operated by 43.926.284 Marcilio de Souza da Silveira (Brazilian company registration CNPJ 43.926.284/0001-54). This page explains how to end the access, how to request the removal of your data and what happens next.

1. Disconnect through Instagram

You can revoke VYRA's access at any time, directly on Instagram, without depending on us:

1. Open Instagram and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites.
3. Find VYRA and remove the access.

Meta notifies us automatically. The connection is ended on our side at the same moment: the access token is discarded, every future schedule of that account is cancelled, the account's notification subscription is cancelled with Meta and the account stops receiving comments and messages in VYRA. Nothing is deleted at this step: the history stays available to the customer until a deletion request (sections 3 and 4).

2. Disconnect from the VYRA dashboard

If you have access to the dashboard, go to Accounts, select the Instagram account and use Unlink (ends the connection and cancels future schedules; the account stays listed for reconnection) or Remove (additionally takes the account out of the active operation). In both cases the token is discarded and the notification subscription is cancelled with Meta.

3. Request deletion through Instagram

When removing VYRA under Apps and websites, Instagram offers the option to request deletion of your data. That request reaches us automatically, receives a confirmation code and is executed without manual intervention. Together with the code, Instagram shows the address of this page: open it to follow the request. If the automatic removal fails, it is retried; the real state is shown here.

The automatic request:

• ends the connection, discards the token, cancels future schedules and cancels the notification subscription with Meta;
• deletes the comments and the Direct messages received through the account;
• deletes the contacts, the automation and flow execution history linked to them (including read and click dates) and the public replies sent by the account;
• deletes the metrics collected for the account's posts;
• deletes the notifications (webhooks) received from Meta for the account;
• removes from the account the name, username, picture, counters and Instagram identifiers;
• removes the Instagram identifiers and links from the publications; media imported from Instagram is marked as deleted.

What remains, already without any identification of the Instagram account: the videos and texts the business itself uploaded to VYRA, the automation and flow definitions it created, and the workspace audit trail. To remove those records as well, use section 4.

4. Request complete deletion

To request the definitive removal of every record, including the content uploaded by the business and the VYRA account itself, send an e-mail to:

We confirm receipt and complete the removal within 30 days, as required by the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). Data we must keep under legal or accounting obligations is kept only for the required period and then eliminated.

5. What complete deletion removes

• Everything the automatic request of section 3 removes.
• Videos, captions and schedules created by the business.
• Configured automations and flows.
• Audit records linked to the account.
• The VYRA account and the workspace users, when the request comes from the workspace owner.
